Salesforce Developer

ONLY W2, NO C2C
Title: Salesforce Developer
Location: Hybrid onsite 4x per week in Dallas or Austin, TX - must be local to these areas
Duration: contract will go to end of the year with possible extension
Client Industry: Finance

Required Qualifications
4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
Strong experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce Flows.
Experience developing and consuming REST and SOAP APIs.
Strong understanding of Salesforce security, including profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and role hierarchies.
Experience with Salesforce data modeling, governor limits, bulkification, and platform performance.
Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Salesforce deployment tools.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development practices.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce Platform Developer I or Platform Developer II certification.
Experience within financial services, banking, brokerage, wealth management, or another regulated industry.
Experience with Financial Services Cloud.
Experience with MuleSoft or another enterprise integration platform.
Familiarity with Salesforce DX, DevOps Center, Copado, Gearset, or similar tools.
Experience with Shield Platform Encryption, Event Monitoring, or Salesforce security and compliance capabilities.
Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern web-development practices.
Experience supporting large-scale Salesforce implementations with complex integrations and high transaction volumes.
