Job Description

Ability to work closely with the team to support migration planning, design, execution, and validation activities. Strong understanding of data migration concepts, including source-to-target mapping, data profiling, cleansing, transformation, reconciliation, and cutover support. Experience analyzing source-system data, identifying data quality issues, and documenting dependencies, risks, assumptions, and remediation needs. Ability to translate business and technical requirements into clear migration rules, mappings, and actionable deliverables for engineering teams. Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across business, architecture, engineering, governance, and testing teams. Experience supporting migration testing and validation by reconciling record counts, key data attributes, transformation results, and exception reports.
