Job Description
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting enterprise applications.
- Hands-on experience with IBM Cram software and Cram-based solutions.
- Strong understanding of business requirements gathering and functional analysis.
- Experience creating BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, process flows, and functional specifications.
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum and/or Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong experience with requirements traceability and acceptance criteria.
- Experience supporting UAT, system testing, defect analysis, and production implementation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in complex enterprise environments.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Visio, Jira, Confluence, or similar business analysis and project management tools.
