Required Qualifications:

7-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst on data-intensive or platform-migration programs.
Working experience with ETL/ELT concepts (Informatica/ Ab Initio / similar legacy ETL tooling strongly preferred.
Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills
Experience writing functional specifications and traceability documentation for data transformation logic.
Comfortable working with JIRA, Confluence, and Zephyr (or equivalent test management tooling).
Prefer experience working for Financial/ Banking domain
