AI Developer/AI/ML Engineer

Introduction

We are seeking a highly experienced AI Developer to provide technical leadership and hands-on engineering expertise for enterprise AI initiatives. This principal-level role is responsible for shaping AI architecture, leading complex AI transformations, and driving the adoption of emerging AI technologies across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in AI/ML, Python, distributed systems, cloud platforms, and enterprise architecture, along with the ability to communicate technical strategy effectively with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead enterprise-wide AI technical architecture and standards.
• Design and develop scalable, distributed AI/ML systems for enterprise applications.
• Lead complex, high-impact AI transformation and modernization initiatives.
• Remain hands-on with Python development, AI/ML solutions, and system architecture.
• Establish and promote AI governance, responsible AI, and ethical AI practices.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Partner with engineering, data, product, and executive leadership teams to drive AI adoption.
• Provide technical mentorship and guidance to senior engineers and AI/ML teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve scalability, performance, automation, and reliability of AI platforms.
• Communicate complex technical concepts, architecture decisions, and AI strategies to executive stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in software engineering and applied AI/ML.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Python.
• Proven experience designing and implementing scalable distributed AI systems.
• Deep expertise in AI/ML technologies with demonstrated enterprise-level impact.
• Extensive experience with system architecture, cloud platforms, and data ecosystems.
• Strong understanding of AI governance, responsible AI, and enterprise AI strategy.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and strategic communication skills.
• Proven ability to influence technical direction and collaborate with executive-level stakeholders.
