Job Title: Docebo LMS Administrator & Integrations Specialist

Job Type: Contract
Duration: 6 Months (Extension Expected)
Work Location: Onsite

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Docebo LMS Administrator & Integrations Specialist to manage enterprise LMS operations and support integrations with multiple business systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Administer Docebo users, courses, enrollments, learning plans, and certifications.
  2. Troubleshoot LMS access, SSO/SAML, and user-provisioning issues.
  3. Develop training, compliance, and certification reports.
  4. Manage REST API integrations, data mapping, and data reconciliation.
  5. Troubleshoot integration failures across Docebo, middleware, and connected systems.
  6. Support integrations with workforce management, quality management, and manufacturing applications.

Required Skills:

  1. 5+ years of hands-on Docebo LMS administration experience.
  2. Strong knowledge of REST APIs, SQL, and system integrations.
  3. Experience with SSO/SAML and user provisioning.
  4. Expertise in LMS reporting, automated enrollment, and certification management.
  5. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

  1. Docebo certification.
  2. Experience with Boomi, MuleSoft, or SAP CPI.
  3. Exposure to UKG, ETQ, Ignition, Snowflake, or Databricks.
  4. Experience in regulated industries.
