Job Description
Alumni Healthcare Staffing seeks a motivated professional to support the Christus Pipeline Initiative, a talent pipeline program connecting clinicians to healthcare facilities nationwide. In this role, you will source and screen physicians, advanced practitioners, and allied health professionals, coordinate interviews, and assist with credentialing and onboarding. You'll build strong relationships with candidates and client organizations, track placements in our systems, and collaborate with a service-driven team. This position offers performance-based growth, exposure to national healthcare staffing, and the chance to positively impact patient care outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Source and screen physicians, advanced practitioners, and allied health professionals for client needs
- Coordinate candidate interviews with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare organizations
- Support credentialing and onboarding processes to ensure compliance and readiness
- Maintain accurate candidate and client records in applicant tracking and CRM systems
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clinicians and client stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal team members to meet staffing goals and service levels
- Communicate role requirements, expectations, and timelines clearly to candidates
- Monitor placement progress and follow up to ensure successful assignments
- Provide responsive customer service to address candidate and client inquiries
- Contribute to continuous improvement of talent pipeline and recruiting processes
