HR Recruiter

Treasure Island Resort & Casino is seeking an HR Recruiter to attract and hire talent for our casino, hotel, restaurants, and entertainment venues. In this fast-paced, guest-first environment, you will manage full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing and screening to coordinating interviews and offers. You'll collaborate closely with hiring managers, support onboarding, attend job fairs, and promote our inclusive, tribal-values-driven culture. Ideal candidates bring hospitality or high-volume recruiting experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for service and community.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for hospitality, gaming, food & beverage, and support roles
• Partner with hiring managers to define position requirements and hiring timelines
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, career fairs, and community outreach
• Screen applications, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate onsite interviews
• Facilitate offers, background checks, and pre-employment requirements
• Support onboarding to ensure a smooth new-hire experience aligned with tribal values
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and produce recruiting reports
• Ensure compliance with EEO and applicable employment regulations
• Participate in employer branding, hiring events, and outreach activities
• Contribute to a guest-first, inclusive culture through strong internal and external relationships
