Recruiter

Treasure Island Resort & Casino is seeking a Recruiter to support our guest-first culture by attracting top talent across hospitality, gaming, entertainment, and support roles. In this fast-paced, team-oriented environment, you will manage full-cycle recruiting: partnering with leaders to define needs, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and guiding offers and onboarding. You will promote our tribal values and inclusive culture, ensure compliance with hiring standards, and help build a strong, service-focused workforce that enhances every guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for hospitality, gaming, and support roles
• Source, screen, and interview candidates to meet staffing needs
• Partner with hiring managers to define roles and hiring criteria
• Post jobs and maintain accurate requisitions in the ATSCoordinate interviews, feedback, offers, and pre-employment steps
• Ensure compliance with tribal, state, and federal employment laws
• Promote Treasure Island's culture and employer brand to candidates
• Track recruiting metrics and adjust strategies for hard-to-fill roles
• Support onboarding to ensure a smooth new-hire experience
• Participate in career fairs and community outreach events
