Product Owner Director - Loans & Trade Finance

My leading Banking client are looking for a experienced and motivated individual to own the development, management, and optimisation of their Trade Finance, Lending and Leasing teams. You'll be critical in modernising the bank’s Lending systems and processes, focusing on implementing cutting-edge solutions. You'll also lead, mentor and manage a cross-functional team of product specialists, technical experts and business analysts.

The following skills/experience is essential:

1. Strong Loans and Trade Finance background
2. Proven experience in leading and strategising major Transformation projects.
3. Product Owner skillset
4. Previous managed and lead teams.
5. Excellent communication skills

Salary: Excellent + bonus + package
