Working at the intersection of data, technology and sustainability, you'll help shape products that improve decision-making across housing and energy programmes.The CompanyThey are a public sector organisation delivering major housing and sustainability initiatives. With several data projects already in place, they are investing in a scalable data platform to improve insights, reporting, compliance, and service delivery.The Role and Deliverables

• Define and deliver the product strategy and roadmap for a centralised data service.
• Bring together multiple data products and workstreams into a cohesive offering.
• Work closely with Data Architects and Analysts to shape data architecture and platform capabilities.
• Lead stakeholder engagement and drive adoption of data products across the organisation.
• Oversee delivery across reporting, analytics, governance, and compliance initiatives.
• Support supplier management and build versus buy decisions where required.

Your Skills & Experience

• Strong experience leading data products, digital platforms, or data services.
• Proven background working with Data Architects and technical teams.
• Strong understanding of data architecture, governance, analytics, and cloud-based environments.
• Experience managing complex projects and stakeholders.
• Public sector, environmental, energy, housing, or retrofit experience is highly desirable.
• Confident driving product strategy and delivering impact from day one.
