WE'RE HIRING: Junior Business Analyst Location: Maryland, USA Employment Type: W2 Contract Work Mode: On-site / Hybrid / Remote Experience: 6 Months 2 Years Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Coordinate with stakeholders and technical teams. Prepare Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs). Assist with data analysis, reporting, and process improvement. Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings and project discussions. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and maintain project documentation.

Required Skills Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and SQL. Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or Power BI is a plus. Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies. Analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
