Accounting Manager (Contract)

We’re hiring! Our client needs an experienced, hands-on Accounting Manager to support their accounting team through a busy stretch. If you enjoy owning the close, keeping the books clean, and digging into fixed assets and leases, we’d like to hear from you.

What you’ll work on

• Driving month-end close: journal entries, accruals, general ledger, and account reconciliations
• Managing fixed asset accounting, including capitalization, construction-in-progress, depreciation, and roll-forward schedules
• Preparing and reviewing lease accounting under ASC 842
• Reviewing expenses and supporting financial reporting and variance analysis
• Handling multi-entity accounting, intercompany activity, and foreign currency translation
• Keeping documentation audit-ready and supporting audit requests and compliance filings

What you bring

• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Hands-on experience with Oracle or a similar ERP
• A strong command of month-end close, reconciliations, and general accounting
• Fixed asset accounting experience; ASC 842 lease accounting is a big plus
• Solid knowledge of US GAAP and strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
