Our client is seeking a Senior Accounting Manager to lead a technical accounting function in a regional setting. This full-time role involves managing complex transactions, ensuring compliance, and collaborating across various departments. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in accounting standards and managing teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain technical accounting policies under U.S. GAAP and IFRS.
• Lead assessments for complex transactions like acquisitions and valuations.
• Prepare technical accounting documentation and disclosures.
• Collaborate with auditors and internal stakeholders to review accounting conclusions.
• Manage and develop direct reports to build team capabilities.

Qualifications

• Active CPA license.
• Extensive knowledge of U.S. GAAP and experience with complex transactions.
• Experience preparing technical accounting memoranda.
• Proven people management skills.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
