Job Description
Inside Sales Representative | Medical Devices
Paragon Implant Company | Las Vegas, Nevada
$21 to $26 per hour, plus commission eligibility after 30 days
Founded by Dr. Gerald Niznick, a pioneer of modern implantology, Paragon Implant Company builds on his contributions to dental implant design and innovation. Under his leadership, Paragon develops advanced implant systems and abutments designed to simplify clinical procedures and provide dental professionals with high-quality products at factory-direct prices. Bring your sales experience to the dental implant industry. Paragon is hiring an Inside Sales Representative to develop new business and manage customer accounts from our Las Vegas headquarters.
Dental implant experience is preferred but is not required. We provide product training and sales mentorship to help you develop the knowledge needed to sell confidently to dental professionals. You will manage an assigned territory, introduce dental practices to Paragon’s implant systems and prosthetic products, and grow customer relationships through consistent outreach and follow-up.
Paragon Implant offers two weeks (80 hours) of vacation, one week (40 hours) of Sick Leave, Holiday pay, and medical, dental and vision options (with a significant employer-paid portion of the premiums for the employee), voluntary ancillary benefits (Life and AD&D, Short and Long-Term Disability, and Accident), and a 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan with an employer match, adding value to the Total Compensation Package. Compensation
The base pay range is $21 to $26 per hour, with commission eligibility after 30 days of employment. Starting pay is based on relevant experience and qualifications.
Dental implant sales experience is required for consideration at the top of the range. Responsibilities
Generate new business through outbound calls, email outreach, virtual meetings, and follow-up on marketing leads. Manage an assigned territory, maintain an active sales pipeline, and pursue opportunities to grow product and educational sales. Understand each practice’s needs and explain relevant product features, benefits, and options using approved company materials. Guide new customers through account onboarding and initial product purchases.
Maintain regular contact with existing accounts to support retention, identify additional needs, and increase sales. Meet established expectations for sales results, outreach activity, new customer acquisition, and customer retention. Maintain accurate CRM records of customer communications, sales opportunities, and follow-up activities. Coordinate with internal teams to address customer needs and resolve account concerns. Participate in company training on products, sales techniques, and industry developments.
Follow applicable FDA requirements and company policies when presenting product information and communicating with customers. Protect confidential customer and patient information, including compliance with HIPAA privacy and security requirements where applicable. Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED. At least 1-3 years of sales or account management experience. Demonstrated ability to conduct outbound prospecting, convert opportunities into sales, and maintain customer relationships.
Clear verbal and written communication, including the ability to explain technical product information and establish rapport by phone, email, and video. Strong organization, attention to detail, and consistent follow-through. Ability to manage competing priorities and remain productive when handling objections or setbacks. Experience using a CRM to document activity and manage sales opportunities. Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams, plus basic Excel skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Dental implant, medical device, or healthcare sales experience. Bachelor’s degree in communications or a related field. Familiarity with FDA medical device requirements, including the Quality Management System Regulation under 21 CFR Part 820; the ISO 13485:2016 quality management standard; and applicable HIPAA privacy and security requirements. Apply
Submit your resume for consideration. Candidates with sales experience outside the dental or medical device industry are encouraged to apply.
