Inside Sales / Business Development Representative to join our growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is motivated and wants to develop a long-term career in B2B sales

We help businesses eliminate the cost, hassle, and environmental impact of bottled water with smarter, safer hydration solutions. We proudly serve South-Central & Eastern Pennsylvania, Northern Maryland, Delaware, and New Jersey, and we’ve built our reputation on quality products, exceptional service, and a team-first culture.

Set qualified appointments for our outside sales team
Build rapport and create strong first impressions over the phone
Introduce businesses to our water purification solutions
Track calls, notes, and opportunities in our CRM system
Basic computer skills (CRM, Outlook, etc.)
Sales, telemarketing, or customer service experience is a plus
Hourly base pay + uncapped commission
Flexible full-time or part-time scheduling
Monday–Friday between 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
No nights or weekends
