Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage powder coating operations, ensuring product quality and efficiency
• Oversee daily production schedules and team performance
• Maintain equipment, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth operation
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
• Train and mentor team members on best practices and safety protocols
• Monitor inventory levels and manage materials for the coating process

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in powder coating or related coating processes
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Knowledge of safety and quality standards in manufacturing
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and work orders
• Prior supervisory experience is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent (technical certification is a plus)
