Franchise Enablement Coordinator / Contract / Onsite / Madison, NJ

Our client, a leading real estate company, is hiring a Franchise Enablement Coordinator in Madison, New Jersey! This is onsite 5 days a week

*This is a 3-month W2 contract with benefits & a possibility of extension! *

In this role, you will support Franchise System Growth and compliance by coordinating recruiting program operations and franchise compliance activities. You'll also work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality service, manage high-volume workflows, support contract-related processes, and uphold compliance requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Manage recruiting program intake, including monitoring shared inbox and responding to franchise inquiries and submission
• Support compliance processes, including compliance of domestic and international watch lists
• Partner with Finance, Legal, Compliance, Brand teams, and IT to support initiatives and resolve issues
• Maintain strong attention to detail across high-volume administrative and compliance workflows

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in operations, franchise support, compliance, contract administration, or related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM or contract management systems
• Experience with data analysis or reporting tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
