Own the sales process from the first client interaction through membership enrollment. Meet and exceed monthly goals for memberships, retail products, and wellness services. Schedule appointments and manage daily studio operations. Proven success in sales, retail, hospitality, fitness, or customer service. Confidence in closing sales and overcoming objections. Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. Passion for health and wellness is a plus—but a passion for sales and delivering results is essential.
