Job Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end CRM and business applications projects from initiation through deployment and hypercare
- Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and governance frameworks
- Facilitate requirements gathering workshops and business process reviews with cross-functional stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with GxP, FDA, HIPAA, GDPR, and SOX standards; coordinate CSV activities
- Coordinate customer master data, HCP/HCO data, and integration efforts across MDM, ERP, and analytics platforms
- Manage vendor relationships, deliverables, and resource capacity across onshore/offshore teams
Required Skills
- Project Management, Agile, and Waterfall delivery methodologies
- Veeva CRM, Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud, Salesforce Health Cloud
- Stakeholder management, executive communication, and cross-functional leadership
- Risk, budget, and vendor management
- Life sciences compliance: GxP, FDA, HIPAA, GDPR, SOX, Computer System Validation
