Resident Network Engineer

Job Title: Resident Engineer Network Operations

Location: Remote Role

Contract Length: 24 months (possibility of extension)

• We are seeking an experienced Resident Network Engineer to support large-scale Service Provider Routing & Switching

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide production network operations, troubleshooting, maintenance, and upgrades.
• Support network automation and DevOps initiatives.
• Troubleshoot complex network issues and improve network performance.
• Work closely with customers, HPE engineers, and technical support teams.
• Prepare technical documentation and operational procedures.

Requirements:

• Strong Service Provider Routing & Switching experience.
• Hands-on Network Automation and DevOps experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer-facing communication skills.
• Active TS/SCI with CI Poly clearance is REQUIRED.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
