Customer Specialist

As a Customer Specialist at CarMax, you'll deliver a friendly, transparent car-buying experience. In our retail showrooms, you greet customers, understand their needs, and guide them through vehicle selection, test drives, and financing options using CarMax tools and processes. You'll educate customers on features, history reports, warranties, and trade-ins while ensuring clear, no-haggle pricing. You'll process paperwork accurately, coordinate with service and business office teams, and support online-to-store customers.
