Project Manager with Quality Engineering

Job Summary
Qentelli is seeking a skilled Project Manager holding PMP and CSM certifications to oversee Quality Engineering and Digital Transformation engagements. In this role, you will act as the primary liaison between US client stakeholders and offshore delivery teams, driving delivery execution, sprint planning, risk management, and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
Client & Delivery Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for client leadership, ensuring alignment between client expectations and offshore delivery execution.
End-to-End Project Management: Manage schedule, scope, budget, and risk for complex Quality Engineering (QE) and Digital Transformation initiatives.
Agile Facilitation: Lead Scrum ceremonies (Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives) and maintain product backlogs using Jira/Azure DevOps.
Offshore Coordination: Partner with offshore delivery leads in India/LATAM to streamline resource allocation, track milestones, and ensure continuous delivery pipelines.
Quality Assurance Standards: Ensure quality control frameworks and test automation strategies align with client business outcomes.
Stakeholder Reporting: Prepare dynamic dashboards, milestone tracking reports, and status presentations for executive leadership and clients.

Project Management Professional (PMP )
Certified ScrumMaster (CSM )
Experience & Skills:

Experience: 5+ years of Project Management experience managing software testing, Quality Engineering (QE), or Digital Transformation projects.
Delivery Model: Proven experience working in an Onsite-Offshore delivery model.
Domain Knowledge: Direct familiarity with software quality assurance lifecycle, test automation frameworks, continuous integration (CI/CD), or cloud/digital platforms.
Tools: Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Azure DevOps, and executive reporting platforms.
Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
