Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead architectural projects from concept through construction. This role is responsible for managing project schedules, budgets, client relationships, and multidisciplinary teams while ensuring technical excellence and successful project delivery. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong project management experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders throughout the design and construction process.

Key Responsibilities

<>Project Management
  • Lead projects through all phases, from planning and design to construction administration.

  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.

  • Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues to maintain timelines and budgets.

  • Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.

<>Team Leadership
  • Lead and mentor multidisciplinary project teams.

  • Delegate responsibilities effectively while maintaining accountability and quality standards.

  • Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.

<>Client & Stakeholder Management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and responsiveness.

  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, regulatory agencies, and internal teams.

<>Technical Oversight
  • Ensure design quality, technical accuracy, and compliance with applicable building codes and regulations.

  • Review project documentation for completeness and constructability.

  • Support permitting, approvals, and coordination with regulatory authorities.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.

  • Professional architectural licensure or active pursuit of licensure is preferred.

  • Proven project management experience within an architectural or design environment.

  • Experience managing project scope, budgets, schedules, and multidisciplinary teams.

  • Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, and other architectural documentation and project management software.

  • Strong knowledge of building codes, permitting processes, construction methods, and technical detailing.

  • Excellent written, verbal, organizational, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing commercial, civic, educational, healthcare, residential, or mixed-use projects.

  • Strong client relationship management experience.

  • Demonstrated success leading multiple projects simultaneously.
