- Drive follow-up on leadership commitments and ensure action items are completed within agreed timelines.
- Prepare meeting agendas, executive updates, status reports, briefing materials, and management presentations.
- Facilitate leadership and working sessions, document decisions, and track resulting actions.
- Help prioritize incoming requests and initiatives based on business impact, urgency, dependencies, and available capacity.
- Identify potential delivery risks, bottlenecks, and cross-team dependencies and escalate them appropriately.
- Coordinate preparation for executive reviews, governance meetings, steering committees, and business updates.
- Consolidate information from multiple workstreams into concise and meaningful reporting for senior management.
- Support planning and execution of strategic initiatives within the Asset Servicing and Settlement organization.
- Work with stakeholders to ensure alignment between business objectives, operational requirements, and technology initiatives.
- Assist the Practice Head with ad hoc analysis, presentations, organizational initiatives, and management requests.
- Establish and maintain effective governance routines, action trackers, decision logs, and management dashboards where required.

The candidate does not need to be a deep subject matter expert but should understand the terminology, operating model, stakeholders, and lifecycle associated with securities and settlement operations.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in project/program management, business management, PMO, consulting, financial services operations, or a similar role.
- Experience working within banking, capital markets, asset servicing, securities\ operations, or financial services.
- Demonstrated ability to work directly with senior executives and business leaders.
- Strong project and program management capabilities with excellent follow through.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent executive presentation and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Ability to synthesize complex information into concise management-level updates.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accountability.
- Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, and standard project/program management tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience functioning as a Chief of Staff, Business Manager, Program Manager, or Senior Project Manager supporting a senior executive.
- Experience within Asset Servicing, Custody, Securities Operations, or Trade & Settlement.
- Understanding of front-to-back trade lifecycle and post-trade processes.
- Experience coordinating initiatives involving both business and technology teams.
- Experience within a large global financial institution.
