Job Description

Hansen Talent Group is seeking a strong iT Project Manager to support new and on-going work streams for software customizations, modernizations, and implementations across client portfolios. The ideal person is located in the greater Columbia, SC area and open to working hybrid. 

The IT Project Manager will be responsible for leading and managing end-to-end project lifecycles for client implementations, ensuring successful delivery and compliance for all deliverables. 

Duties: 
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in discovery phases in order to develop scope of work and detailed project plans, aligning to client budget and timelines requirements. 
  • Monitor and track project progress. Identifying any potential roadblocks or risks to delivery and create proactive action items to maintain project health. 
  • Manage resources within cross-functional teams, ensuring each team is allocated the appropriate and adequate resources to be successful. 
  • Oversee vendor relationships, managing communications and workflow coordination. 
  • Develop project documentation and facilitate stakeholder communications, providing regular updates and recommendations on how to move forward. 
  • Ensure all compliance and industry regulations are meet in both delivery and documentation, supporting audit readiness. 
  • Participate in knowledge share.
Qualifications:
  • Experience supporting SDLC projects including enterprise implementations
  • Work with tools such as MS Project, EXCEL, JIRA, etc for project planning and management 
  • preferred: work supporting IT healthcare and Medicare projects
