Position: Project Manager AI Product Rollouts (Regrello & Cohere)

Location: Downtown, Houston, TX

Work Model: Hybrid (4 days / 1 days)- Onsite 4 days a week-No remote-No exceptions

Duration: Longterm Contract

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead end-to-end execution of enterprise AI product rollout and implementation initiatives involving platforms such as Regrello, Cohere, and similar AI solutions.
2. Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resource plans, risks, issues, dependencies, and milestones across multiple AI workstreams.
3. Coordinate cross-functional teams including AI/ML Engineering, Data, Infrastructure, Enterprise Applications, Cybersecurity, Architecture, Compliance, and business stakeholders.
4. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, implementation schedules, resource forecasts, RAID logs, and executive dashboards using tools such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or Azure DevOps.
5. Drive implementation planning, environment readiness, integration coordination, deployment activities, release readiness, and production rollout governance.
6. Coordinate integration of AI platforms with enterprise applications, collaboration tools, workflow platforms, data platforms, APIs, and other supporting technologies.
7. Establish and manage governance mechanisms including project meetings, steering committees, status reporting, decision tracking, risk reviews, and executive communications.
8. Ensure AI implementations align with enterprise security, data privacy, compliance, responsible AI, and technology governance requirements.
9. Coordinate vendors and technology partners throughout solution evaluation, implementation, onboarding, issue resolution, deployment, and transition to operational support.
10. Manage Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall delivery activities, including backlog coordination, sprint/release planning, milestone tracking, and cross-team dependencies.
11. Track rollout readiness, adoption metrics, operational KPIs, business outcomes, and value realization following implementation.
12. Identify and resolve delivery challenges while driving continuous improvement across AI implementation, operationalization, automation, and enterprise rollout processes.

Qualifications

• PMP certification required, with 5-8 years of enterprise IT Project/Program Management experience.
• Proven experience managing enterprise AI, SaaS, digital transformation, technology platform implementation, or large-scale product rollout programs.
• Strong experience with Agile, Scrum, Hybrid, and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies and managing complex cross-functional technology initiatives.
• Experience using enterprise project management tools such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar platforms for detailed scheduling, resource planning, dependency tracking, and reporting.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating enterprise implementations involving AI/ML, cloud, data, applications, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and integration teams.
• Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, vendor management, governance, risk management, and organizational coordination skills.
