The Role • Lead and coach a team of Outside Sales Representatives selling home security and automation solutions. • Spend approximately 70% of time in the field with the team and 30% in the office managing operations. • Oversee daily team activities, including interviewing, hiring, training, and motivation. • Set personal sales requirements and support the team through direct coaching and ride-alongs. • Manage leads, track sales performance, and implement strategies to control attrition. • Conduct team training, one-on-one coaching, and facilitate daily huddles. What You'll Need • 3+ years of outside sales experience, with supervisory experience preferred. • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a sales team. • Proficiency with technical devices such as laptops and tablets for sales activities. • Ability to work in the field in various weather conditions and travel within assigned territories. • A strong drive and a can-do attitude, with a willingness to lead from the front. • Reliable personal vehicle for field travel.
