The Role

• Drive new business growth within an assigned territory for essential, recession-resistant services.
• Prospect, qualify, and engage leads through various methods including cold calling, networking, and in-person visits.
• Conduct on-site assessments and present comprehensive programs for uniform rental, floor care, restroom, and facility services.
• Develop customized proposals and close multi-year service agreements with business clients.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high customer retention.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and satisfaction.

What You'll Need

• 0-2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in industrial supply, waste management, or similar service industries.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and manage the full sales cycle.
• Strong skills in negotiation, closing deals, and prospecting.
• A self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to receive coaching and feedback to continuously improve.
• A valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and a reliable vehicle.
