The Role

• Drive new business growth within an assigned territory.
• Prospect and qualify leads through various channels, including cold calling and in-person visits.
• Conduct on-site assessments and deliver compelling presentations for service programs.
• Develop customized proposals and close multi-year service agreements.
• Maintain accurate client information and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding.

What You'll Need

• 0-2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in industrial supply or related services.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and manage a full sales cycle.
• Strong negotiation, closing, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset and a willingness to learn.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and a reliable vehicle.
• Bilingual (Spanish & English) proficiency is a plus.
