The Crux of the Position

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst & ScrumMaster to lead Agile projects, bridge technical and business teams, and mentor stakeholders through process improvements and long-term sustainability.

Location: Lansing, MI

 

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (Onsite Tue & Wed required | Local candidates within 1 hour of Lansing)

Key Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ Years — Core Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering

 

• 5+ Years — Agile Management & Tools (Jira / Monday.com — Epics, User Stories, Backlogs)

 

• 5+ Years — As-Is / To-Be Process Mapping & Documentation

 

• 5+ Years — QA Collaboration & Test Plan Creation

 

• 3+ Years — BA Diagramming Tools (Figma, Visio)

 

• 3+ Years — Product Roadmap Creation & Agile Methodologies

 

Candidate Requirements

• Must have a mentor/coaching mindset to guide teams through Agile transitions.

 

• Experience creating repeatable maintenance documentation and test plans.
