Position: Business Analyst 5

Location: Lansing, MI

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (2 days onsite: Wednesdays and Thursdays)

Interview Process: 1st Round Virtual, 2nd Round Onsite

Key Required Skills & Experience

Business Process & Requirements: 7+ years in business process review, requirements elicitation, documentation, and process modeling.
Agile Framework: 5+ years creating and managing user stories on Agile projects.
Stakeholder & Strategy Management: 2+ years facilitating discussions with senior leadership to build roadmaps, drive strategy, and reach consensus.
IT Solutions: 2+ years implementing public-facing IT applications.

Preferred Skills

Contracts & Agreements: Experience with Statements of Work (SOW) or work agreements.
Compliance & Regulations: Exposure to state or federal regulatory programs.
Education: Bachelor’s degree.
