  • Manage cross-team dependencies, impediments, risks, issues and integration points across infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, cloud and enterprise technology teams.
  • Facilitate Scrum of Scrums ensuring issues requiring cross-team action are identified and resolved quickly.
  • Partner with Product Owners and Engineering Leads to maintain healthy backlogs, priorities, features, enablers, user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Track PI objectives, team commitments, velocity, capacity, predictability, flow metrics and delivery KPIs, using metrics to identify delivery risks and improvement opportunities.
  • Drive effective capacity planning and resource alignment across infrastructure/platform teams, considering competing priorities and technical dependencies.
  • Coordinate release planning, deployment readiness, environment readiness, implementation activities and production transition across infrastructure teams.
  • Ensure infrastructure dependencies are incorporated into application and enterprise technology release plans, including network, server, cloud, security, database and middleware dependencies.
  • Proactively identify delivery constraints and work with technical leadership to remove blockers related to environment availability, infrastructure capacity, network connectivity, access, security controls, vendors and technical dependencies.
  • Facilitate executive and stakeholder communication, providing concise PI status, risks, dependencies, impediments, milestones and delivery forecasts.
  • Collaborate with enterprise PMO, Technology leadership and Architecture teams to align Agile delivery with broader technology roadmaps and strategic infrastructure initiatives.
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors and managed service providers where infrastructure/platform dependencies impact delivery.
  • Promote continuous improvement across teams by analyzing delivery metrics, flow, dependencies, bottlenecks and recurring impediments.
  • Support Inspect & Adapt sessions and ensure identified improvement actions are converted into actionable backlog items and followed through to completion.

Required Qualifications

  • 7 10+ years of experience in Scrum Master, RTE or similar enterprise technology delivery roles.
  • SAFe experience is mandatory, with strong hands-on experience operating as an RTE or in an RTE-type role within a large enterprise Agile environment.
