Position Overview

We are currently seeking Senior Business Analysts to support a Clinical Operations Reporting and Analytics portfolio, with an immediate focus on care management platform initiatives.

This is not a traditional requirements-gathering role. We are looking for experienced Business Analysts who can function as strategic partners to the business by leading business reviews, requirements gathering, stakeholder discussions, PI Planning, UAT coordination, cross-functional communications, and collaboration between business operations, reporting, and technology teams.

• Experience in healthcare operations, particularly:

  • Care Management

• Strong analytical and data skills, including:

  • Reporting validation

  • Data quality reviews

  • UAT coordination

  • Data analysis

• Experience defining reporting and analytics requirements, KPIs, dashboards, and performance management metrics.

• Strong experience with Agile and SAFe methodologies.

• Experience with:

  • Backlog management

  • Sprint planning

  • Dependency management

  • Cross-team coordination

• Experience supporting Program Increment (PI) Planning, prioritization, capacity planning, and delivery tracking.

• Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Experience

• Healthcare payer industry experience.

• Experience supporting implementations of Salesforce Health Cloud (OneCM) or similar care management platforms.

• Familiarity with:

  • Tableau

  • Power BI

  • SQL

  • Enterprise reporting environments

• Experience supporting large-scale:

  • Business transformation

  • Platform migration

  • Reporting modernization initiatives

• Experience working with both onshore and offshore teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business and clinical operations stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable requirements.

• Lead business reviews, requirements discussions, workshops, and stakeholder meetings.

• Develop and maintain business requirements, functional documentation, process maps, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

• Support PI Planning, backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and delivery tracking.

• Coordinate UAT activities, including test planning, execution, issue tracking, and business sign-off.

• Define and validate reporting requirements, KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics.

• Perform reporting validation and support data quality reviews.

• Coordinate dependencies across business, reporting, product, and technology teams.

• Facilitate communication between clinical operations and technical teams.

• Support platform implementations, transformation initiatives, and reporting modernization.

• Work effectively with both onshore and offshore teams.

• Present project status, findings, requirements, and recommendations to business and technology stakeholders.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a Senior Business Analyst with strong healthcare operations experience who can bridge the gap between clinical/business operations, data/reporting, product teams, and technology.

Candidates with experience in Care Management, Utilization Management, Case Management, Population Health, Clinical Operations, Salesforce Health Cloud/OneCM, Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Agile, and SAFe are highly relevant.
