Job Overview

Our client's Application Services team is seeking an experienced, hands-on Business Analyst who is a self-starter and critical thinker. This role requires strong interpersonal skills combined with a solid technical foundation and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct business process analyses and needs assessments to align IT solutions with business initiatives
• Develop business requirements, use cases, and test scripts using industry-accepted practices
• Assist programmers in understanding user needs and adapting user procedures to final program design
• Organize and facilitate application testing and user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Act as second and third-level support for production incidents, facilitating troubleshooting internally and with external vendors
• Support process re-engineering and continuous improvement initiatives
• Work across upgrades, maintenance, and enhancement projects
