Job Description

We are seeking an experienced GxP Training Contractor to support an enterprise-wide initiative to assess, rationalize, and simplify GxP training matrices and curricula within Veeva Vault Training LMS. The ideal candidate will have strong GxP training experience, expertise in role-based training structures, and the ability to optimize training assignments while maintaining full regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of GxP training experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device environments.
  • 3+ years of managerial-level training experience.
  • Hands-on experience with Veeva Vault Training LMS, including curricula, learner roles, and requisites.
  • Experience rationalizing or simplifying GxP training matrices/curricula.
  • Strong knowledge of GxP regulations, training compliance, and data integrity principles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technical, Education, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong analytical, Excel/LMS reporting, stakeholder management, and change management skills.
  • Assess and optimize GxP training matrices, curricula, learner roles, requisites, and assignments.
  • Identify and eliminate redundant, excessive, or insufficient training requirements.
  • Configure and maintain curricula, learner roles, requisites, and training assignments in Veeva Vault Training.
  • Partner with QA, functional leaders, and process owners to establish role-based training requirements.
  • Develop training governance criteria and support sustainable matrix management.
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with GxP regulations, data integrity, and training documentation requirements.
  • Manage training changes through change control and document management processes.
  • Analyze LMS and Excel data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for training-burden reduction.
  • Track and report project KPIs, compliance metrics, and progress to stakeholders.
  • Coach functional teams on maintaining simplified and compliant training matrices.
