IT Trainer / Technical Training Specialist - HYBRID - Atlanta Locals ONLY.

Main Job Duties – IT Trainer

• Deliver in-person and virtual IT training to employees on desktop, web, and mobile applications.
• Learn applications and effectively demonstrate and teach end users.
• Develop and update training materials such as PowerPoint, User Guides, Quick Reference Guides, videos, and e-learning content.
• Use tools such as PowerPoint, Camtasia, Adobe Captivate, Articulate 360/Storyline, and Scribe.
• Identify training needs and knowledge gaps by working with users, IT teams, and business units.
• Manage training schedules, enrollments, attendance, testing, completions, grades, and certifications through the LMS.
• Conduct training surveys, review feedback, and improve courses.
• Support UAT, application rollouts, and ongoing user training.
• Maintain accurate training, time, performance, and travel records.
• Travel within Georgia for scheduled on-site training.
