People Experience Manager

Alumni Ventures seeks a People Experience Manager to design and lead programs that enhance engagement, performance, and culture across our venture capital teams. In this role, you'll own the employee lifecycle-onboarding, development, recognition, feedback, and offboarding-building scalable processes for our distributed, tech-enabled workforce. You'll leverage data from surveys and HR systems to measure experience, identify gaps, and drive continuous improvement. Partnering closely with leaders and HR, you'll support change management, internal communications, and initiatives that reinforce our entrepreneurial, transparent, and mission-driven culture.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement people experience strategy aligned with firm culture and business goals.
• Lead engagement, recognition, and feedback programs across distributed teams.
• Optimize onboarding, offboarding, and internal mobility processes.
• Use HR data and surveys to measure engagement and recommend improvements.
• Partner with leadership to support performance management and career development.
• Collaborate with Talent, HR, and Operations on policies, programs, and communications.
• Drive change management and communication for new people programs and tools.
• Support DEI-related initiatives and inclusive culture-building efforts.
