Area Human Resources Manager

Securitas seeks an Area Human Resources Manager to support multiple branches in our protective services organization. This role leads regional HR operations, including employee relations, talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce planning. You will guide managers on performance and corrective action, ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, and promote our mission-driven, safety-focused culture. The position partners closely with operations leaders, supports training and certification pathways, and uses HR data and metrics to improve engagement, retention, and overall HR effectiveness across the area.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HR operations for assigned area branches and field locations
• Advise managers on employee relations, performance, and corrective actions
• Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce planning for the region
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and security industry regulations
• Partner with leadership on engagement, retention, and culture initiatives
• Manage HR reporting, metrics, and data integrity for assigned area
• Coordinate training, development, and certification support for employees
• Support compensation reviews and benefits communication
• Investigate and resolve HR-related issues and complaints
• Collaborate with corporate HR on process improvements and initiatives
