Human Resources Director

Centers Health Care is seeking a Human Resources Director to lead strategic HR initiatives in our information technology and software-focused environment. This role oversees talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, benefits, and HR operations to support innovation and growth. The Director will partner with leadership to shape organizational culture, ensure compliance, and drive DEI and engagement programs. You will lead an HR team, implement scalable processes, and use data-driven insights to guide workforce planning, development, and change initiatives in a collaborative, inclusive setting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with company and technology business goals.
• Oversee full-cycle talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce planning.
• Lead performance management, feedback, and career development programs.
• Manage compensation, benefits, and HRIS, ensuring data accuracy and insights.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal HR policies.
• Drive DEI, engagement, and culture-building initiatives.
• Coach and advise leaders on people management and organizational design.
• Lead HR team operations, budgeting, and continuous process improvement.
