Must-Have Skills:

• Experience establishing and leading an Enterprise PMO, including intake processes, portfolio management, governance, stage gates, and executive operating routines.
• Strong expertise in program planning, prioritization, investment decisions, risk/dependency management, benefits tracking, and executive reporting.
• Proven ability to collaborate with business sponsors, Enterprise Architecture, Data, Business Enablement, and IT teams while developing.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience overseeing complex, high-risk, enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Experience scaling PMO governance, standards, and operating models across an organization.
