Senior Technical Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead and deliver multiple concurrent engineering projects within an Agile Scrum environment. The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end technical program execution, manage cross-functional dependencies, coordinate multiple teams and integrations, and provide clear, data-driven status updates to stakeholders.

The candidate should have strong technical knowledge of cloud-native platforms, software development, and Agile delivery methodologies, along with the ability to independently manage complex programs and drive timely decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of engineering programs across multiple teams and dependent organizations.

Manage project timelines, dependencies, risks, issues, and mitigation plans throughout the software development lifecycle.

Drive timely decision-making, remove blockers, and ensure successful program execution.

Collaborate with engineering teams, technical leads, managers, and stakeholders to align delivery objectives.

Monitor program metrics, track progress, and provide clear status reporting to executives and stakeholders.

Identify gaps across teams, processes, and systems and implement improvements to enhance delivery efficiency.

Coordinate sprint planning, execution, and delivery within Agile frameworks.

Ensure program activities align with organizational objectives, product strategy, and technical requirements.

Build strong relationships across teams and influence stakeholders to achieve program goals.

Apply data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement practices to optimize program performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Strong experience in Technical Program Management and advanced program delivery.

Proficiency in Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.

Hands-on experience with Jira and Microsoft Project.

Experience working in cloud environments and delivering cloud-based software solutions.

Strong understanding of cloud-native platforms, platform capabilities, and underlying technologies.

Experience breaking down complex technical requirements, organizing work, planning sprints, and managing delivery across teams.

Proven ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and drive results with minimal supervision.

Strong analytical skills, including metrics-based reporting, risk management, and continuous improvement.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.

Experience building relationships and influencing cross-functional teams and dependent organizations.

Technical program delivery experience, including software development and testing.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in one or more of the following areas is highly desirable:

Payments and payment processing platforms.

Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) and Platform as a Service (PaaS).

Serverless technologies and cloud-native architecture.

Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD).

NoSQL databases.

Microservices and APIs.

Distributed systems and operations within a DevOps model.
