The Role • Oversee and manage the fashion and beauty departments, including apparel, home goods, and fragrances. • Ensure adherence to the company's commercial strategy and policies. • Implement all commercial operations, including promotions and catalog management. • Monitor departmental budgets and implement corrective actions to improve performance. • Drive sales growth and increase turnover within your assigned rayons. • Lead, train, and develop a team of approximately 20 collaborators. What You'll Need • Proven experience in retail management, specifically within fashion and beauty sectors. • Strong commercial acumen and a customer-centric approach. • Solid understanding of budget management and performance analysis. • Excellent leadership and team management skills. • Ability to drive sales and achieve business objectives. • Fluency in French is required.
