Position Details: Job Title: Business Analyst Location: Chicago,IL Work Arrangement: Onsite / Hybrid Experience: 0 5 Years Employment Type: Full-Time W2 Key Responsibilities: Analyze business data to identify trends and improvement opportunities. Create reports, dashboards, and data-driven insights. Use SQL to retrieve, manage, and analyze data. Gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Collaborate with business teams, technical teams, and stakeholders. Recommend process improvements to support business objectives.

Required Qualifications: 2 5 years of experience in Business Analysis or a related IT field. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of SQL, Excel, reporting, and data analysis. Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or Python is an added advantage.
