Clinical Sales Manager

Clinical Sales Manager position overseeing da Vinci Surgical System sales and field team development within a regional territory. Responsible for managing system installations, surgeon training, account growth, and hiring/developing sales staff across the Kansas City area.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute da Vinci Surgery sales activities to meet and exceed regional goals
Expand system usage in existing accounts and identify new installation opportunities
Hire, train, and develop Account Manager team within assigned region
Manage training, education, and new surgeon onboarding in all applicable specialties
Coordinate with training and marketing departments on strategy implementation
Requirements
Proven da Vinci Surgery sales experience or 5+ years clinical sales management
In-depth knowledge of operating room environment and capital equipment sales
Track record managing and directing medical device sales teams
Bachelor's degree required
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and computer skills
Willingness to relocate to Kansas City, KS
Moderate to extensive travel capability
