Job Description

Title: SuccessFactors Project Manager

Position Type: Contract

Compensation
Pay Range:$75.00-$82.00 Per HR

Description
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead global technology and business transformation projects with a focus on agile methodologies. 
This contract position is based in New York, NY, and requires expertise in project management tools and stakeholder management. 
The role involves overseeing planning, execution, governance, and continuous improvement across various workstreams while collaborating with business and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities
Lead agile delivery and facilitate agile ceremonies across multiple teams and stakeholders.
Design and maintain project structures and reporting using project management tools.
Develop and maintain integrated project plans, manage scope, schedules, and risks.
Partner with stakeholders to define objectives and communicate project status effectively.
Coordinate activities across vendors and implementation partners.

Qualifications
7 years of experience in project or program management or agile delivery.
5 years of experience with project management tools in enterprise environments.
Proven experience in leading agile and hybrid delivery programs.
Strong project financial management and resource planning capabilities.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
