As a Wireless Sales & Customer Service Representative, you will work directly with customers at established retail locations throughout the San Jose area.
Your role will involve answering questions, explaining wireless service options, presenting promotional offers, and assisting customers with selecting appropriate telecommunications solutions.
Our representatives focus on delivering a positive customer experience while contributing to individual and team sales objectives.
This is an in-person, customer-facing retail sales position, not a remote or call-center role.

Key Responsibilities
Greet and engage customers professionally in assigned retail locations. Assist customers with questions about wireless services, mobile plans, and promotional offers. Explain product features, pricing, service options, and available promotions. Identify customer needs and recommend suitable wireless solutions. Support new customer acquisition and wireless service enrollment. Build customer trust through clear communication and attentive service. Address customer concerns and provide accurate product information.

Maintain current knowledge of telecommunications products and promotions. Meet individual sales and customer service performance expectations. Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive customer experience. Participate in ongoing product training, sales coaching, and team development. Qualifications
