Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong Oracle Fusion SCM experience to lead and manage Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Management implementation, enhancement, integration, and migration projects. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills combined with hands-on knowledge of Oracle Fusion SCM modules and business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion SCM implementation and enhancement projects.
• Manage project scope, timelines, milestones, budgets, risks, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, technical teams, vendors, and offshore/onshore teams.
• Manage Oracle Fusion SCM implementations across modules such as:
  • Procurement
  • Inventory Management
  • Order Management
  • Supply Chain Planning
  • Manufacturing
  • Product Management
• Drive requirements gathering, solution design, testing, UAT, deployment, and post-production support.
• Track project progress and provide regular status reports to leadership.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
• Coordinate integrations between Oracle Fusion SCM and other enterprise applications.
• Manage Agile/Scrum ceremonies, project meetings, action items, and delivery plans.
• Ensure projects are delivered within agreed scope, timeline, and budget.
• Work closely with business and technical teams to resolve project-level issues and dependencies.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in IT Project Management.
• Strong experience managing Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM
• Experience with Oracle Cloud implementation, migration, integration, or enhancement projects.
• Strong understanding of Supply Chain Management business processes.
• Experience working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, documentation, and leadership skills.
• Experience with project tracking tools such as Jira, MS Project, or similar tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Oracle Fusion SCM certification.
• Experience with large-scale Oracle Cloud implementations.
• Experience managing multiple workstreams and third-party vendors.
• Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Experience with ERP transformation or cloud migration programs.
• PMP, PMI-ACP, or Scrum certification.
