What You'll Need • Completed specialized training in elderly or general nursing, or as a certified nurse. • A completed or in-progress nursing-related bachelor's degree, or advanced training as a leading nurse. • Proficiency in IT applications. • Strong empathy and teamwork skills. • Confident and skilled communication with residents, staff, and other professionals.
