Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong business analysis skills, an understanding of AI/GenAI use cases, and experience working in a Partner/Channel domain. The candidate will work with business and technical stakeholders to identify opportunities, define requirements, and translate business needs into AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
Identify and evaluate AI/GenAI use cases that can improve business processes and customer/partner experiences.
Translate business problems into clear functional requirements and AI solution opportunities.
Work closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and AI teams throughout the solution lifecycle.
Develop BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
Understand partner business processes, workflows, and operational requirements.
Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions.
Support prioritization, UAT, testing, and solution validation.
Communicate effectively with business and technical teams.

Required Skills
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
Strong understanding of AI/GenAI concepts and business use cases.
Experience identifying opportunities where AI can improve business processes.
Strong experience in Partner/Channel domain.
Excellent requirements gathering and documentation skills.
Experience with BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Ability to work effectively with Product, Data, Engineering, and AI teams.
