Required SKills

• Experience as a Business Analyst (BA)
• Experience with developing systems via a structured SDLC methodology
• Ability to analyze and document complex business processes and workflows, and propose areas for improvement
• Ability to gather data through diverse means, including interviews, observation, surveys, and existing written documentation, and interpret relevant information
• Ability to document storyboards, screen mockups, wireframes, system flows, interfaces, use cases, and business rules
• Experience with testing, training, and user support
• Relevant experience in a particular application area
• 4-year college degree
